Executive Search
or: more than scrolling LinkedIn over coffee

Sometimes we hear: “We do executive search too – we just found a great candidate on LinkedIn!”

Executive search is not a lucky hit – it is a precise strategy.
It is a method designed not only for finding CEOs, board members or seasoned directors, but for any search where the market offers no candidates “in plain sight”, or where a wrong hire costs more than the entire process.

We start with… silence.

We listen. We listen until we understand the business context, the challenges, the organisational culture and everything that cannot be captured in a job ad.

We map the market.

We analyse competitors’ structures, compare organisational models and identify where potential Candidates with the right competencies may be working – not necessarily in the same industry.

We reach candidates who… aren’t looking for a job at all.

We discuss not only competencies, but also values, motivation and cultural fit. For us, a “good candidate” is not someone who could work at your company, but someone who will fit in and contribute to its growth.

We present candidates with the full story.

Always with a report, analysis and recommendation – never just “CV attached”.
