HR Operations & Improvement Specialist

As an HR Administration & Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and implementing improvements across HR processes, supporting the development of modern HR tools, administering employee data in electronic systems, and ensuring compliance of HR activities with applicable regulations. In this role, you will also actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analysing operational HR processes and implementing improvements (onboarding, offboarding, document workflow, payroll-related processes).
• Creating, updating, and simplifying HR instructions and procedures.
• Cooperating in the implementation and further development of HR systems (HRIS).
• Participating in HR projects and improvement initiatives.
• Working in a global, matrix organizational structure and maintaining daily cooperation with other organizational units, HR teams and managers within the international corporation.
• Providing administrative support for HR processes, including preparation and verification of documentation throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as for contractors and interns (hiring, changes in employment terms, termination).
• Supervising and coordinating the employment process for foreign employees.
• Monitoring work schedules and time and attendance records.
• Administering employee benefits.
• Preparing HR reports and data summaries.
• Monitoring the quality of HR and payroll data and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Providing ongoing advice to employees and managers regarding labour law, internal procedures, and HR systems.
• Cooperating with the HR team, H&S specialists, and external institutions.
• Ensuring compliance of HR processes with labour law regulations and GDPR.
• Participating in audits and inspections (e.g. labour inspections, internal audits).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR-related role.
• Good knowledge of labour law.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in improving HR and payroll-related processes.
• Very good skills in working with electronic systems (HRIS).
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – mandatory.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work with people.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
